How to place an order?

 

1. Please fill in the Order form with required information to make an order. 
(If  you want to buy more than one item at the same time, please include all your order in one order form only .)
2. We will contact you as soon as possible or within 48 hours for further details via email.
3. Bank details will be provided to you once we have received you confirmation email.
4. Upon confirmation of your order, payment has to be made within 3 days otherwise your order will be cancelled.
5. Inform us via email once you have made a payment. Include your reference number and a copy of your transaction receipt for verification.
6. Order will be deliver on the next working day after received your payment. You will be given a reference number for tracking purposes.


How to made a payment?

2. Payment is due within 3 days upon order confirmation, otherwise your order will be cancelled. 
3. Once payment has been made, please email us details  of payment and include your reference number and a copy of your transaction receipt.


How about the delivery? 


1. We deliver throughout Malaysia ONLY ( West M'sia & East M'sia ). 

2. The items' prices do not include delivery charges unless stated.  Delivery charges need to be added for the total payment.
3. Delivery via Pos Laju . No COD.

4. Delivery Time: 3-4 working days

5. Approximate Delivery Cost:
  • West Malaysia (Peninsula)-RM6 (one or two items)/RM8 (three or four items)
  • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak)-RM9 (one or two items)/RM11 (three or four items) 

6. We will make sure that all items are in perfect condition before sending them out to you.
7. Thus, we will not be responsible for any damages of the package during the course of delivery.
